whether it’s through our tour packages, cab services, events, or location arrangements. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are
here to assist you with our return and refund policy.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds or returns are applicable only under the following conditions:
Tour Packages
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled start date of the tour are eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee.
Cancellations made less than 7 days but more than 48 hours prior to the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the service.
Events & Decor Services
Refunds are available if cancellations are made 15 days in advance of the event. A processing fee may apply.
No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled event.
Cab Services:
Refunds are applicable for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.
No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
Non-Refundable Services
Services already availed or in progress.
Customized packages and tailor-made experiences.
Deposits for pre-booked services or reservations.

Provide your booking ID, service details, and reason for the return/refund.
Our team will evaluate the eligibility based on the terms mentioned above.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
Special Conditions
In case of unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, strikes, or natural calamities, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
For partial usage of services, refunds will be calculated proportionately
